Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on the following items: Leaders, Leaders & Tippet, Floatants & Weights, and any Fly Tying Materials that have been opened or used.

Simple Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item. Please do not send returns without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the Return Authorization Number on your packing slip and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and for exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
