Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to get you geared up no matter where your fishing journey takes you.

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind our gear just as we stand by you on the river. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons and to maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Leaders & Tippet
  • Floatants & Weights
  • Any Fly Tying Materials that have been opened or used

Simple Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not send returns without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or defective item).

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
